Over the past few years we have been working with several modular companies to create affordable, quality housing in Maharishi Vedic City. You can now own your own new Vastu home, turn-key, for perhaps less than you are paying in rent, and you will be building equity and greater financial security.

Our lenders tell us that there is still money for mortgage loans, despite lack of lending in other sectors of the economy. You are very likely to be able to get a loan if you have reasonably good credit. No down payment loans may still available, though interest rates are a little higher for these and you may be required to pay mortgage insurance in addition to principle and interest.

These are turn-key prices. For the single-family homes and townhouses, you own your own lot; it is not a long-term lease. The prices include land, utilities and hook-ups, the foundation, the building itself, your Maharishi Sthapayta Veda (MSV) fee, your Vastu fence, kalash, and all other special MSV features except your Maharishi Jyotish muhurta for the Inaugurating of the New Home ceremony. You can add options if you so desire, but your price is predictable and fixed, without the cost overrun financial risks you may encounter building a custom home.

There is no other new MSV construction available in this price range.  In many cases, you may even pay less per month for new MSV housing than you are now paying for rent!  Even if your mortgage payments are higher, this could be offset by tax benefits.

LIVING IN VASTU
